Mrs.A's Favorite's: Helping others It's a difficult time our world is facing right now and it is normal to experience a lot of big and hard feelings about it. You may feel sad, disappointed, helpless, scared, confused, etc. One of the best ways we can feel better is by looking at ways we can help others. This helps us realize we are not alone in this and helps bring us together. With social distancing it can seem like we cant help each other, NOT TRUE! Mrs.A's Favorite Feature: As temperatures warm up I wanted to feature one of my favorite treats: Greek Yogurt. Greek yogurt has probiotics( which is good for gut health), protein, calcium, etc. However if you aren't careful with which kind you buy, it can have as much sugar as ice cream. Here are a few tips to make your Greek yogurt taste great and healthy.
