Mrs.A's Favorite Feature: As temperatures warm up I wanted to feature one of my favorite treats: Greek Yogurt. Greek yogurt has probiotics( which is good for gut health), protein, calcium, etc. However if you aren't careful with which kind you buy, it can have as much sugar as ice cream. Here are a few tips to make your Greek yogurt taste great and healthy.
