Teaching Philosophy: My goal as an educator in the Health and Fitness field is to help not only my students, but also their families live their most successful, purposeful, joy-filled lives possible through a well rounded wellness approach to P.E. that includes Physical Health, Mental Health, and Spiritual Health.
Goals/Dreams: Build a stronger, healthier, more just, and successful community by closing the education and health gap.
